The Shires is a premium retirement living development in Birmingham, offering independent apartments with optional care services for the over55s. When we came on board, the brief had three layers: grow awareness across Birmingham, educate their audience on the benefits of moving earlier, and produce video content that would drive brochure downloads and property viewings.
